So called friend driving me mad

Ok this might be complicated but please bear with me. There is a group of us that go on nights out together. Lisa and Jane (not their real names) had a falling out so we all sided with Lisa and fell out with Jane too.
Recently Lisa stopped talking to me for a week over something silly, we sorted it out and are friends again. In the meantime I stupidly told Jane about our argument and said some not very nice things about Lisa (which I am not proud of, I feel embarrassed and ashamed tbh) I am now worried that Jane will tell Lisa what I've said. Do I just wait and see what happens and own up? It is making me feel so ill and anxious. Wish I'd have kept my big mouth shut

At least this makes for an adult discussion.

Well true, sometimes I read threads on here and it makes me glad that the hilight of my day is what else I can try in the air fryer!

What were the circumstances around this? Was it out of the blue? After an incident? Was it lots of small things? Was Lisa acting inappropriately with her OH? Was the OH uncomfortable about it?

Out of the blue, she was drunk and said it could have been anybody she accused but chose Lisa

So you all cut her off after she made a daft drunken remark?
