My 9yo DS has been waking up early and struggling to get back to sleep. He normally sleeps for 9 hours but it’s more like 7 at the moment.
I've made sure his bed and room aren’t too hot. It’s not an exercise thing- that makes no difference.
I tried getting him to turn his light off a bit earlier but that didn’t help.
Does anyone have any other ideas please?
