I'm thinking of making liver & onions. I can't believe how exhausted I'm feeling at the moment. I want my zing back. Any other foods I should be thinking of?

Some good advice above for veg, nuts, seeds and fruit.

I’d add in eggs for breakfast or lunch which contain lots of vitamins and minerals.

Plus more fermented foods like kefir, kombucha, kimchi, sauerkraut and switch from processed bread to sourdough. It will give your good gut bacteria a boost and kill off any less desirable bacteria.

100% eggs. So many micronutrients and trace elements. Eat them everyday.

I'm post flu and have been eating liver and bacon and onions, I've found chicken livers the nicest plus I've been taking Metatone tonic.

This time of year, I'd do home made chicken & veg soups with lentils.

Lots of protein, fibre, fluids, vitamins and minerals.

Plus plenty of sleep and fresh air. Hopefully over Easter, you'll have a four day rest, be kind to yourself, and feel better. 😊

Thanks for this thread OP, you've reminded me to go take my vitamins and chug an extra pint of water while I'm at it.

Agree with all the advice on water, greens and steak. I definitely feel better if I cut down on sugar and stick to fresh, real foods.
