Mother's day gift ideas?

My mum!
My best friend, or one of them - yet I am stumped for gift ideas.
She's a carer by occupation; a horse and chicken owner; animal lover (her favourite is are hedgehogs, turtles and tortoises and whales/dolphins so she has loads of ornaments/mugs/etc with those on). Admits to not having a favourite colour and isn't a girly girl, she never wears make up etc and isn't into standard 'pamper' items, but she does like cut flowers. Loves reading (but hates ebooks). Not able to be really physically active due to health conditions - she likes gardening but struggles with it, due to aforesaid health conditions, but hates admitting to it. I'd love to buy her things to make her life easier/less painful but she hates anything that reminds her her body can't always do what she wants it to.
Max budget is £40-£50. I feel really guilty about not having got her anything already, though have been working on a card (hand drawn) for the last few weeks when I've had a spare moment. Just a bit stumped for a gift and family been a bit unhelpful. Her husband has just built her a new, much bigger chicken run and I got her horse three really nice, expensive rugs for Christmas. (££££!)

I feel TERRIBLE about this...!

I'm a horse owner and like decent horse gloves. Sealskin gloves are my favourite

Could you get her a book club subscription? www.independent.co.uk/extras/indybest/books/best-book-subscription-boxes-b2130796.html
Restaurant voucher or a delivery from the place she likes? Our maybe plenning a dinner would be an option
Tickets to events she would like to attend
Also here are some ideas for a Mother's day video that may be helpful, it makes a really nice adding.

Breakfast in bed? There are plenty of internet places that deliver waffles/bacon/salmon etc

I know you said she's not particularly active due to health conditions, but how about a meet an alpaca experience, you can do ones that just involved feeding and learning about them, rather than walking them. You just need to be able to get into the field and stand fir a while. It's so much fun and with her love of animals may be a good alternative to an actual present.

Has she got nice riding boots or leather horse stuff? Could you get her a nice leather cleaning kit? They can be quite pricey so you use the cheaper stuff but it is nice to have a proper set sometimes.

Along the same lines as meeting alpacas, lots of places do meet meercat experiences.

Bloom and Wild are doing three month subscription of flowers for £56 atm too.
