none, disgusting years ago, still disgusting now, my teeth are twanging at the thought of all that sugar

LadyKenya · 14/03/2023 16:15

None, the horrible things. Give me a lindt chocolate egg though, and it is game on!

AuntieMarys · 14/03/2023 16:01

I once ate 6. Bought a box and once I got past 3 realised I'd have to destroy the evidence.
That was 20 years ago and I've never eaten one since

Love this 🤣🤣

None. They're a weird globulous texture and way too sweet for my salt addicted palate.

Phos · 14/03/2023 16:21

Probably just one. They're really sickly. I do like them but more than one at once and I would regret it.

queenatom · 14/03/2023 16:22

Two - DH and I split a box of 5 recently and the extra 1/2 past 2 was too much and I regretted it. They're very sweet!

PollyDarton1 · 14/03/2023 16:25

Definitely 2 in one sitting. I've eaten 3 in a day before. My ex DP called me a "gluttonous cunt" so every Easter I now eat 3 creme eggs in one day as a fuck you to nobody in particular.

JuliesBicycle · 14/03/2023 16:25

56

YouOKHun · 14/03/2023 16:30

@JuliesBicycle we need a timescale for your 56. An intake of crème eggs x 56 over 5 years is very different to 56 eggs over 30 minutes (not including vomiting time).

JuliesBicycle · 14/03/2023 16:32

56 over 3 hours.

IHeartGeneHunt · 14/03/2023 16:33

I have done 4 in one sitting in my prime.

Zola1 · 14/03/2023 16:36

I reckon if I really tried I could do 6 but I'd feel awful later

glittereyelash · 14/03/2023 16:40

Not sure I'd even finish one! I'm more savory than sweet.

YukoandHiro · 14/03/2023 16:41

None. The centre is too sickly and I just can't get through it

DobbyTheHouseElk · 14/03/2023 16:42

I reckon 6 spaced out. In one go I’d attempt 3.

Why is everyone saying Lint eggs. They are so claggy and sweet they make my teeth hurt. Am I wired wrong.

I find if you keep the crème eggs in the fridge they take longer to eat. The chocolate is so soft now.

Woodywasatwat · 14/03/2023 16:46

I think about 6. But only because they are so sweet.

(Caramel ones, I think I could keep going until I passed out).

Redkatagain · 14/03/2023 16:48
  1. It was a low point

Did you drive to Dundee in bare feet like Alan Partridge and his Toblerone binge?

purpledalmation · 14/03/2023 16:59

1 they are so sickly

Redkatagain · 14/03/2023 16:59

This was after Easter about 20 years ago.
They were reduced.
Alcohol was involved.
I rarely drink now and am diabetic. These facts are not unrelated.

GlendaSugarbeanIsJudgingYou · 14/03/2023 17:05

None. They are the devil's testicles.

Brokendaughter · 14/03/2023 17:06

I used to like them, but whatever has happened to them now means they are inedible.

Back when the chocolate tasted like chocolate & the filling tasted like fondant I could probably eat 2 or 3.

The 'chocolate' tastes like sweetened solidified grease now & the filling tastes like those artificial sweeteners people used to put in their drinks have been made into a paste which I find deeply unpleasant.

Now I wouldn't buy them for myself or anyone I actually liked.

blanketsforall · 14/03/2023 17:21

About a half - I love chocolate but they are too sweet and sickly for me...

blanketsforall · 14/03/2023 17:22

Mini eggs now... probably about 3 large bags!

mumontheskoolrun · 14/03/2023 17:22

I just like one.
