Top floor flat with no lift- how to survive late pregnancy/newborn/ toddler stage?

We're biting the bullet and buying a washing machine/ tumble dryer.
What else do I need to buy/ organise?
I'm going to set up online shopping because it's already getting difficult hefting heavy bags up.

Unlikely to be allowed. Unless you’re the only one using the hallway but guessing that’s not the case if you’re on about locking it. I used to hang mine folded on the coat hooks. Sometimes I’d do the car but it was street parking so didn’t always get a spot nearby plus it was shared so sometimes DH would be driving it to work or wherever. If you can think of a solution to avoid carrying it up then great but cover all bases and make sure you can carry it should you have to. If you get a huge beast of a pram where the seat has to come off first and then the frame weighs a ton then you’re likely to regret it.
