They're selling it as a doer-upper, but it would just feel wrong to paint over everything. It almost needs a museum or the National Trust or something to take it over and keep it as it is.

While I would have no hesitation decorating it to my taste I do always hope that when people are taking the piss out of someone's decor on here that the owner doesn't stumble across it.

I have to admire their dedication to making the house their own. All that work! Hope their next property is a converted chapel. Or Hampton Palace.
