Ideas for treats that don't involve food or money!

Feeling a bit down at the moment (combination of money worries plus winter blues) What do you do to cheer yourself up that doesn't involve food (trying to control my weight!) or spending money (nothing left in the budget for luxuries)

Ps- please don't say go for a walk as I've walked and walked all winter and I'm a bit sick of it now!

Thanks 😊

Ok. I love to crochet (go to the charity shop - needles, yarn all there) and read.

My little luxuries are:

A hot bubble bath with a glass of something

A loooong natter with a friend. Either on the phone or invite someone for a coffee.

I'd also suggest volunteering- the spiritual benefit of helping others, and surrounding yourself with giving, generous people is a high that you can't get elsewhere.

If you have amazon prime already, they do some free ebooks as well as films. I love settling down with a cup of tea and a new book after the DC are asleep.

Thanks all, yes I love reading and have a kindle plus the free audiobook app from my library which is brilliant. I'd been thinking about trying knitting or crochet but I'm not in the least bit crafty/ creative. Which would be the easiest to start with if I was teaching myself?

Paint your nails, hair mask, face mask pamper session.
Watch a good film or box set.
Sounds funny but I like to rearrange furniture or home accessories.
Meet a friend.
