Anyone have virgin broadband?

Is it any good? I know one person who had it, who's had a lot of issues. EE have put my price up , so looking for a better deal. Not fussed about TV or anything.

I'm on virgin. I think it's pricey (I guess we all think that about our suppliers), but I've had it for many years, (before it was branded as Virgin) and I can count on the fingers of one hand the times it's gone down
