Can someone please help calculate my annual leave and PH entitlement?

I work 28 hours per week (4 days). FTE is 35 hours (5 days).

Full time annual leave is 203 hours. Full time PH entitlement is 13.5 days. I don't work Mondays. Since going part time 7 of the public holidays are on Monday.

Leave year is 1 Jan to 31 Dec. I started part time hours on 27 Feb.

Most calculators online are for days not hours or won't let me change FTE. I'd be grateful if someone could help!

203 hours for a 7 hour day = 29 days
Do they get 29 days holiday plus 13.5 days for bank holidays = 42.5 days?

You should be entitled to â…˜ of the FTE = 34 days I think

Although does that mean you'll be entitled to 10/12ths of the holidays due to your start date so around 28 days holiday from which you'd deduct any bank/public holidays that fall on your working days

Yes, public holidays are in addition to 29 days annual leave.

2 of the public holidays were before I changed to part time.

My brain is not made for numbers!

I don't see why you want to do it in hours, I'd do it on the .gov website where there is a calculator and put in that you're 4 days a week and your start date and the end of the leave year and it will do the rest for you.

My work calculate the leave in hours which is why I want to do it in hours. The holiday booking portal is down just now and will be for a few weeks so I'd like to work it out.

The .gov calculator doesn't take into account that OPs employer offers more than standard leave so will give the wrong amount of leave

Multiply the number of days by 7 to get the hours e.g. 34days x 7 = 238 hours
