Does anyone know the legal standing on this? Will I have to continue to pay?

Just quickly, for context, I have spent years in discomfort (understatement!) with digestive issues. I have had lots of tests via the NHS and now have been discharged without any other help, left to my own devices so to speak.

Over the last few years I have been at the end of my tether with daily digestive problems and despite trying many, many things to help I have had little success.
I have been following a specialist IBS dietician on social media for some time and decided to opt for a 12 week online course they offer. The dietician is above board, is registered with the British Dietetics Association but although British is based in another country, hence offering the online course with a weekly Q&A with the other participants.
The course is £165 per month, for 3 months. That is a lot of money for me as I am on Carers Allowance and have a very part time job but I am getting beyond desperate to feel well again.
I had paid for the first month on my credit card (around 2 weeks ago) and was getting started with the online course. However, as is with bloody Sod’s Law, last week I had a raging tooth ache and now have extensive dental treatment booked and will have to pay for up front.
I can not afford both and sadly, the dental treatment has to take precedence as I’m in a lot of pain.
I have just checked on the dietician’s website for information on cancellations. It says that they do not offer refunds (added a pic of that from their website).

Obviously, I don’t expect to get a refund for the first £165 that I have paid for but I am concerned they can force me (legally?) to pay for the next 2 payments (next one due mid March, second April), I simply can not afford it now.

Does anyone know how the law stands on this? Can I be forced to pay the next two instalments? (Btw, the program is released in intervals so you can not get access to the full program until you continue to pay in full so obviously I would not have use of the full course if I were to cancel now).

I will of course contact them and ask but just wanted to know the legal side before I do.

Does anyone know the legal standing on this? Will I have to continue to pay?

I'd message them and explain, see if you can pick it up from where you left off when your finances change

Thanks BollocksToThem, that’s a good idea, put it on hold for a while. I didn’t think of that, I just went into panic mode. Hopefully they will agree to that.

I don't think you want a refund, you just want to stop paying and not receive any more input. I think most reasonable people would not hold you to the three months. However they may be able to work something else out for you if you talk to them. I'd try and have a conversation with the dietician to explain and see where you can go from there.

It’s only one excerpt from the Ts and Cs, but you say you signed up for a 12 week course, which implies you committed to the full cost.

IndigoSkye I’ve just emailed them with BollocksToThem suggestion so hopefully they will get back soon and agree to me postponing the course for a while.
HermioneWeasley this is my concern, that I signed up and committed to the full 12 weeks but I am hoping they will allow me to put it on ‘hold’ until I can recoup some money after the dental treatment. That was the only mention on anything to do with payment or cancellation on their Ts&Cs.
