who are the people littering etc?

No one on here would admit to littering or not picking up dog poo? So who is it?

Prompted by watching a family at the weekend finish their KFC at a local beauty spot and toss the rubbish bag out the window. A couple and 2 kids.

And having to hopscotch through the dog poo on my walk to work this morning.

Most of the worst littering in our town is done by teenagers, which seems odd given all the environmental work that's been done over the past few years!
Nobody I know personally would dream of littering. It's just not the done thing - you put it in a bin or take it home with you.
RE dog Pooh - it's a really big issue near me, with people even leaving it on people's driveways and gardens?! Totally bizarre. But there's a new walk that the council have put in near my parent's specifically for dog walkers/horses/pedestrians and there's 1 bin (ONE!) along an entire 4 mile stretch.

The other annoying thing is I litter picked part of my regular run last Christmas while it was quiet. Collected 11 black sacks full and then called the council refuse team to explain, so the bin lorry would take the extra.

And they said no ! If it wouldn't fit in the bin, it wasn't their problem. Guess I should have checked first. 🙄

Someone where I live regularly carries a carrier bag full of rubbish to the bin on the street, leaves the bag NEXT TO the bin and then leaves. Fuck knows why he doesn't put it in the bin, or even in his bin at home. Sadly we don't know who he is, other than the fact he wears bright red trainers.
