Because of YouTube my DD has spent our entire time at Disney World asking how many more hours until we can go to Walmart. Or Target.

£2K on park tickets and we could have spent the week in Walmart.

@Essexgirlupnorth we also got a pet snake thanks to snake discovery! Tbf we made her wait 3 years and she really does love him and look after him well. DS now has his eyes on a tortoise 🤦‍♀️

Dd2 insisted we did the "one color food challenge" she was very strict on the rules and kept trying to "sabotage" the rest of us 😂it was quite funny really yours sounds alot more annoying. If it's any Consolation op when we took dd1 and 2 to Universal all they wanted to do was go swimming in the pool at the hotel!

How To Cook That Ann Reardon does a lot of debunking videos - maybe try getting him to watch those.

There was a huge fight about her one showing how dangerous the wood fern patterning was - was hidden then brought back - and showed many of the people doing it - coming across as experts or experienced - has no idea how dangerous it was.

Thinks it's normal for people to own the ENTIRE collection of a particular toy and to take over the house with it (Thomas and Friends, Hotwheels etc.) He has no concept of the cost and storage practicalities and he just thinks I'm being 'mean'.

Changed a toilet part to stop it running, changed a broken latch on the dishwasher, inspired me to change a broken oven element.

So I'm not complaining!

Eldest now speaks with a weird Australian/American hybrid accent (thanks Prezley and Preston Hmm) I do think it taught him colours and definitely got my middle child counting and word perfect on nursery rhymes though. It has also convinced eldest that filming himself playing Minecraft is a viable life plan, tbh it is slightly more likely than his previous ambition of premiership footballer.
