'Silent' or acephalgic migraines

Does anyone from suffer from these? Ive been looking for an answer to a horrible feeling I sometimes get and think this might be it.

Sometimes I'll suddenly feel 'not right' in my head, like a pressure imbalance but no pain, accompanied by nausea. The only thing that ever makes it go away is laying in the dark and usually sleeping. I can wake up feeling absolutely fine.

This takes place anything from 45mins to a few hours.

Anyone else?

I'm not sure if this fits for you in age terms but this type of migraine is a common symptom of perimenopause.
