Which job?

I have a dilemma. I have been offered 2 vastly different jobs. I have named changed for this, because I might be identifiable from previous threads.

I'm currently a deputy manager in a social work team (adults with disabilities) in the NHS. I am essentially employed on the T&Cs of the LA but paid by the NHS trust I work for, i.e. LA pension, LA payscale etc. I have asked to reduce my hours to 4 days a week (currently full time) and this has been accepted however I must move teams and role this is job 1.

Job 1 - social work deputy manager in an exploitation and serious case team.

Pros:
4 days per week
flexibility of work place but requirement to be in the office at least 1 day a week and any in person visits and meetings, so most likley 2-3 days.
Some flexibility with hours, but lots will be dictated on meeting times.
Know the job well
Know the team manager well and respect them.
Related to my qualifications, the job I trained for
Social Conscience.
Its a new role, so potential to develop it as I want.
Good pension.

Cons:
I'm top of payscale in April, absolutely no chance of going above this without getting a promotion. Promotion definitely means back to full time working. I also don't like the natural job progression it would lead to (tonnes more responsibility for £10 more per week).
The type of work I would be doing is managing very high risk, the most high risk cases we get in social work. There'd be no respite from this and no variety of caseload.
Social work is becoming more bureaucratic, less person centered, less autonomy and cut the bone.

Job 2 - Product owner in a tech team of a multinational company.

Pros -
4 days per week
potential for massive salary growth and movement of role.
new and interesting line of work which utilizes my transferable skills.
Opportunity to learn new skills, a new field and new tech in an area I am interested in
Opportunity I won't get again without significant luck or massive pay cut.
Allows me to leave social work where I am burning out
similar starting salary to my current salary (pro rata).
Flexibility of days, location and hours of work
Can WFH 100% if I want, equally can work from very lovely office if I want.
Will allow DH to do more of the drop offs and pick ups (only 1 car so I do 80% as I need the car to commute)

Cons:
Leaving social work
Corporate role, limited social conscience.
Husband works in same company
Pension isn't as good.

I have already done some work experience and background on the PO role, so know it is something I would enjoy and would be commensurate with my skills, though it does not seem a natural move from SW.

I could stay working full time in my current role. but we don't need my salary and I'm worn out working full time, I want to reduce my hours to faciliate the kids doing more out of school activities.

Other background - married, 2 primary age kids, no chance of any more. Company is stable, financially well off etc. I could go back in to social work if needs be. DH and I are a great team and work well together. we've worked in the same organization/ team previously. In this role DH and I would not work directly with each other.

Which job do you think I should take?

As a social worker, I’d not see leaving social work as a con!

Job 2.

I’m envious!

Ok. This is good!

I was expecting lots of "what about the pension" etc or "you'll be unable to work at the pace required in private industry due.to being used to cushy public service " etc.

And yeah, The fireflies I did hesitate on that one!
