Help me save spoons

I'm a single mum to a 5 year old, working full time and with a delightful concoction of autoimmune illnesses. Currently experiencing a flare up and unfortunately things may well get worse before they get better. Please share your tips/tricks/tech that might make my life easier so I can focus my spoons and my energy where it matters most.
Budget does not stretch to a cleaner, but I have just got a Robovac and am going to get a dishwasher. What else might help?

Five years old is old enough to both understand that mum gets tired easily and pitch in with tidying their own toys up, putting their own clothes in the laundry basket and away after washing, loading the dishwasher etc

Having a pack of antibacterial wipes in both bathroom and kitchen and giving surfaces a very quick wipe down once a day prevents dust and grime from building up and means less full-on cleaning.

Frozen pre-chopped vegetables are quicker and easier (and cheaper) for cooking than fresh.

Have indoor clothes. I may not convince anybody else, but I am positive that changing out of outdoor clothes into things which only ever stay indoors cuts down on dirt and crud in the house.
