Frozen food vs fresh

Is there a difference nutrition wise?
I live alone so I (ugh to this phrase!) batch cook. One week I will make cottage pie, then beef stew the next week and so I end up with a selection of frozen meals basically

I eat those most days, once a week I have an omelette or something, and about twice a week I don't have an evening meal
Have them with a bag of frozen steam veg, and make sure there's loads of veg when I cook them, but I never just eat "fresh" veg

Do eat fruit and lots of salad in summer

Na, I think in some cases it’s better as frozen asap not sat in a shop for days.

Frozen veg is way better imo, ‘fresh’ veg these days tastes of nothing & goes off straight away. I also use frozen fruit only for smoothies.

Food is quickly frozen after picking so there isn’t time for nutrients to degrade. The only drawback to freezing fruit and vegetables is the texture change, but if you’re happy with the vegetables then there’s no problem. I’d just make sure that you are still having a variety of different vegetables, rather than the same three or four every night.

Frozen is better in lots of cases and at the very least on par

I would usually do

Veg pasta bake - onions, peppers, tomatoes, sweetcorn, courgette
Cottage pie - onions, carrots, peas
Chicken - leeks, mushrooms
Then whatever bags of steam veg so maybe carrots, broccoli and sweetcorn

Oh should say it means I use fresh veg and freeze to batch cook but then always eat frozen veg on the side!
