It is called "Tweedy blend light moss" but my son and I can't agree whether it is grey/beige or grey/green or something else, so I'm after some more opinions. I have the actual swatch in front of me but it is still ambiguous!

To me, it's green in the first picture but when you click on description, it's a different colour - beige.

Definitely green, can see it more when next to other colours of the same item.

Beige with a hint of green

But it depends on the colour settings of whatever device we are all reading this thread on…

Cotswoldmama · 25/01/2023 18:28

Beige

peaceandpotato · 25/01/2023 18:28

Light sage green

Quent · 25/01/2023 18:29

Had I not been primed to expect green I don't know if I'd see it at all.

larchforest · 25/01/2023 18:30

It's certainly not the colour of moss, that's for sure. Not unless they mean bone dry dead moss.

Blueisthecolor · 25/01/2023 18:33

Beigey green. I really don't see it as grey or just beige and no offence but the colour is horrible.

ApolloandDaphne · 25/01/2023 18:35

I agree with light sage green

The same colour will look different on everyone's different screens due to bit depth, resolution, etc. Professionals who need it use a calibration tool to standardise colour appearance across their different monitors.

Greige.

This! lol

JarByTheDoor · 25/01/2023 18:55

It's the colour of seven months in a depressing institution for people with nothing left to live for. It looks like it should be some kind of wipe-clean.

Alternatively, you could describe it as 1970s British Leyland light brown. It might not be the precise same shade but it's got the exact feel of it.

porpy · 25/01/2023 18:58

I don’t know but it makes me feel sad

Celinia · 25/01/2023 19:01

Light Beige with an olive undertone

dontgobaconmyheart · 25/01/2023 19:12

I think the fact they themselves are using the word 'moss' in the colour description demonstrates the colour is green based even if it moderately neutral in depth. If I ordered that I'd expect it to turn up and be fairly green-grey.
