What type of cosmetic surgery is this? (pic)

I've seen several 'sleb pics recently that feature what looks like a tight line under the skin from the side of the mouth and across the cheeks. I don't think it's cheek filler because the lines look too straight & tight. Do you know what type of surgery causes it? If I didn't know better I'd say there was a thread inside pulling the mouth up at the corners.

She and Priscilla have been having face lifts and every other kind of procedure for decades, and this is the result. Hard to pinpoint it to one thing.

Buccal fat removal is the removal of the specific fat pads just above your jaw. Leaves a hollowed effect under the cheekbone. It's fashionable with celebs at the mo but isn't the reason for Jocelyn's syatyling appearance.

I don't understand why any surgeon would do this to someone. It's grotesque.

Horrible, I call it face cut in half surgery and they need to stop doing it because its hideous. I'd rather look ancient than look like that. Priscilla Presley has had that done too.
