Waterproof walking boot recs

I've had a pair of Merrells with the vibram sole for years and I love them for their lightness and flexibility. They're a tiny bit slippy on wet rocks but I'm used to that. They've been waterproof for years but are now starting to leak.

Can anyone recommend a replacement? I like a high-ish boot (my old ones are Moab 3 Mid GTX I think, similar to these)

I'm not usually a fan of full leather boots, only because I find them difficult to break in/make flexible. Also hoping to not spend any more than about £100 max, ideally less!

Any recs very welcome. Thanks.

I have just bought these, I always have a pair of leather boots for hiking in the Peaks and proper walking as I call it and a pair of lighter ones for just ambling about in better weather and doing short walks. They will need breaking in but have such good reviews and are on offer. My last leather boots were Chris Braysher boots and lasted years.

Why wouldn't you just buy the same ones again if you love them?

It's a fair point but I've read a lot of reviews on the current Moab range and there's very mixed opinions about their waterproof-ness. Also I started writing my OP before I found that pair on Amazon, which aren't badly priced - all the others seemed to be £120+!

@OfCourseChangs I quite like the look of those - or the reviews and price, at least! We walk a lot in the Peaks and I agree you need to expect filthy weather a lot of the time - I have ancient but comfy Merrell walking/scrambling shoe type things for drier/warmer days so something like that one wouldn't be a bad call.
