I don’t hate him and think he is absolutely fantastic but as he has been mentioned in here - david attenborough.

I know about 5 people who have worked with him on various things and can say with good authority that he is a very grumpy and rude individual. Not to be agist but think it’s that older person just not giving a toss about offending people and losing their manners, snappy and irritable. Sort of understand it because one imagines at that age you’ve run out of patience but still, never meet your heroes!

He’s great at what he does and is a national treasure but I don’t think he’s the lovable grandad type everyone makes him out to be.

I'm also not a fan of David Attenborough. He spends his whole life travelling and hauling a camera crew around the world to amazing places; and then he lectures us about the drastic cutbacks that WE need to make for the sake of the planet.

I put him in the same category as Prince Philip and James Lovelock, who were both passionate about the urgency for us all to reduce the world population, but each quite happily went on to father four children. To be clear, I'm not having a go at people in general with four or more children - only those who urge other people not to.

A minor celebrity, and I'm in Australia so a bit different to UK.

Bindy Irwin. She's made a career out of crying when her father's name is mentioned & is still trading off of it daily. Now every time she insta's a photo of her child it's all over the news sites. Also the constant trading on her father's name for money & zoo patronage. Makes me sick. Also whining about the zoo's struggles when it came to light that it's had many millions in Covid funding.

I like her brother though. He seems genuine.

OP you list Coleen Nolan, I would think a fair few might not warm to her.

As Catherine Middleton is coming up a few times, I was fairly neutral on her, thought she might be a bit aloof, but since the whole Meghan/Harry fall out with William and Catherine etc I have bothered to watch her talk and thought she came across as more down to earth and sincere than I expected. And although I know the tabloids have undoubtedly given Meghan a hard time and at times I am sure unfairly so - and I know I have been bombarded with negative spin stories of her, I still find her a bit insincere in interviews. Mileage on these two will vary I know!!

The very fact that so many people on this thread have typed Philip Schofield and David Walliams shows clearly that they don’t fit the thread title.

just as I was going to say Rosie Jones but on reading this thread was pleasantly surprised to find I’m far from alone.

I can’t stand Craig Charles but again I’m not sure if he is generally liked. And Nish Kumar. And Katy Perry.
