Do children fall out all the time

My child is 9
She says she falls out with her friends a lot/argues however you want to put it.
Is this normal?
Do children fall out a lot? Is it just that they all need to mature?
It's about silly thinks I think not serious. And I don't mean they fall out massively I believe it's falling out but then playing the next break time or next day or whatever but they obviously get annoyed at each other regularly

My eldest DD didn't until she was about 13 and then started changing friends.

But, my now 12yo has always had issues with friends. One minute she likes someone then she doesn't. I've just let her go with it and try to help her but it's hard.

Sounds normal! Settled down the following year in DD's class.

Sounds a lot like my Dd’s (9) class. She was crying last night about not wanting to go back to school because of all the arguments. She claims she’s more of a peacemaker than an instigator- although I reckon they probably all think that about themselves.

IME, yes

And you need to help them learn how to make up. And when making up is the right thing to do, v when moving on is a better course

I do think it's common with girls of that age. I remember myself being in primary and at the age of 9/10 there were two 'best friends' who, without fail, one of them would end up crying every single break time.

I have to say I'm glad I've got boys 😂 they come with their own issues but much less emotional and bitchy in their friendships.
