Mine feel are when I lay like this, don’t know if it’s because I’ve got skinny knees or something as there’s not much flesh on the bones m it feel very boney

No, they definitely don't.

Fivemoreminutes1 · 01/01/2023 08:08

I always sleep with a pillow between my knees www.healthline.com/health/sleeping-with-pillow-between-legs#benefits

AndAllOurYesterdays · 01/01/2023 08:10

Yes. I also sleep with a pillow between my knees. Started during pregnancy but it's so much more comfortable so the habit stuck.

Soubriquet · 01/01/2023 08:11

Yes. Which is why I put a pillow in between them

gamerchick · 01/01/2023 08:12

Pillow here as well. For my hips mainly but it's very comfortable.

MassiveSalad22 · 01/01/2023 08:14

No but my hip and low back does but I do have connective tissue disease. Long cushion between helps!

I have recently discovered the most amazingly comfy sleep position after having my last baby - almost sitting up with loads of pillows behind, a pillow for each arm and a pillow under the knees. So comfy!!

TippledPink · 01/01/2023 08:14

Yes, have to sleep on my side and have to use a pillow between my legs! So uncomfortable otherwise.

2reefsin30knots · 01/01/2023 08:14

I tuck a bit of duvet between them. This is one reason DH and I have a double duvet each, so I can do various arrangements of tucking and stuffing.

SpentDandelion · 01/01/2023 08:14

Yes, mine also started in pregnancy and since then can't stand to have knees together, l also have knobbly knees. l tend to lay in a strange position now because of it, the pillow doesn't really work for me.

Pheonix2023 · 01/01/2023 08:18

Well o always start off on my back so that’s why I don’t have a special knee pillow
but I always end up on my side at some point

Yep, pillow between the knees here too.

paintitallover · 01/01/2023 08:47

Yes. Trap knees in duvet.

CMOTDibbler · 01/01/2023 08:52

Yes

RampantIvy · 01/01/2023 08:53

No.

Ilovefluffysheep · 01/01/2023 09:27

Yes, have to sleep with a pillow between them.

Mentalpiece · 01/01/2023 09:30

Yes. Also pain in my thighs which are directly in contact with the mattress, it feels like when you press on a bruise, very uncomfortable.
My GP told me it was bursitis, but my thighs only hurt when laid down as above.

My body hates me!

Thatdidnthappen · 01/01/2023 09:30

No.

I am cushioned well by my own massive amounts of fat.

Willmafrockfit · 01/01/2023 12:36

was recommended when i had just had dd when in hospital recovering from c section.

CoffeandTiaMaria · 01/01/2023 12:43

No but my ankles are very painful at night.

uncomfortablydumb53 · 02/01/2023 00:12

Yes. I use a pillow between them which helps

KateBalesCardi · 02/01/2023 00:26

Yes and I'm a duvet tucker rather than a pillow person, I like how we all seem to fall into those two categories so far on this thread Smile

GladiatorSandals · 02/01/2023 00:29

It feels weird, but I generally sleep in the recovery position, pretty much.

BooksAndHooks · 02/01/2023 00:31

No but I don’t have them together, I move one slightly so they aren’t touching.

Brayne56 · 02/01/2023 00:34

Yes mine do I have to stagger them

Thursa · 02/01/2023 00:37

For the last couple of years I’ve been using an old cushion between my knees in bed.
