Like people chatting. But not people with annoying voices 🤣 preferably british people if possible. News, and interesting stuff but not celeb gossip. More like you are sitting around with a bunch of friends. About half an hour.

This is for my commute to.work so cant be heavy iyswim?

You're dead to me (iPlayer).
History podcast, funny and you learn something. I love it.

Kermode and Mayo's film programme.

Now You're Asking - Tara Flynn and marianne keys. It's a problem page and is quite amusing

Now you’re asking on BBC sounds- Marian Keyes and Tara Flynn chatting about listener’s dilemmas. Very warm and gently witty.

You’re dead to me also on BBC sounds. Funny and educational.

Restless natives with Martin Compston and Gordon Smart. Makes me laugh a lot.

Girls Overheard… they’re Scottish. It’s like chatting to your friends (without saying a word) and I have to try so hard not to laugh when listening to it out a walk 😂 highly recommend it!

Help I Sexted My Boss, William Hanson and Jordan north discussing various etiquette dilemmas. Hilariously funny and their friendship is weirdly endearing

Adrift with Geoff Lloyd and Annabel Port. Gentle chat about navigating being a bit awkward in life and other things, funny but not comedians, some listener contributions. They were originally on the radio so it’s kind of like a radio show.

Back catalogue of Simon Mayo’s Confessions on Radio 2. More of a format than a chat but lighthearted and fun.

Also any of the Shrine podcasts. They’ve covered TV series like Line of Duty (Shrine of Duty) and Big Little Lies (Big little shrine) episode by episode but also have some more general chatting about TV series. Very like listening to friends in your kitchen.

Ellis James and John Robins podcast on BBC Sounds is lovely.

I was a big fan of Fortunately with Fi Glover and Jane Garvey. Their new podcast Off Air is very good. Still has the same warm, friendly feel.
