Italian boys name that does not end in O

Hi we are need help with a boys name. Would like am Italian name but its hard to find one that does not end in an O any ideas?

I like the name Cesare but in the UK everyone would pronounce it as "Caesar".

Luca is good. A nice classic sounding name and easily pronounceable in the UK.
