Not if you have underactive thyroid. You get your prescriptions for free.

Axlcat · 07/12/2022 20:17

Multi vit, vit D, omega 3 and magnesium.

ofwarren yes, it's on repeat. The thyroid needs it to work properly. I've had ampoules in the autumn, but it's so low I have it all year round. I'm in France so perhaps that makes a difference.

Vitamin D spray (with k) as we can’t get any from the sun from Oct -March.
Ashwagandha - helps with peri menopausal moods!
Magnesium - supposed to help with sleep but nothing works for me!
Daily Immune Support: Has mushrooms, vitamin C, Niacin, Zinc, copper, selenium, chromium, NAC and bioflavonoids.
I think is good stuff - been exposed to lots of coughs, colds recently and seem to just about be fighting them off!
Cherry Night powder for sleep : again nothing helps but I’ll persist!
Neuro night complex : as per above.
Omega 3 krill oil. - Good for heart, joints, inflammation etc.

Yikes that’s a lot. I must rattle!

Forgot the collagen powder too.

Delatron · 07/12/2022 20:44

And Spatone as I do a lot of running. It definitely helps.

RewildingAmbridge · 08/12/2022 06:58

Well woman multi vitamin, I forget to take it though. When I take it consistently I feel better more energy and don't seem to get colds, not sure if that's psychosomatic or not

KangarooKenny · 08/12/2022 07:00

Magnesium tablets and Epsom salt baths for relaxation and sleep.
Evening primrose oil - has vit E in it - for breast pain.
Cod liver oil - has vit D in it - for joints.
B vitamins for energy, apparently !
