One more thing to put in the party bags - would what you rather your child have?

This is for party bags for mostly boys aged 3-7. Thinking either stickers or a chocolate lollipop. What would you/your child prefer?

Any other suggestions of things that would go down well with both kids and their parents? Got about 80p per child left to spend.

Food allergy parent here, so not the chocolate!

Maybe a pencil, novelty shaped eraser or picture to colour in.

Stickers here, they're a bit more lasting than chocolate.

I used to love the little jumping toys too, this kind of thing Henbrandt 12 Monster Jump Ups 4-5cm amzn.eu/d/6vgzRhL

These are the most popular things my boys ever get. Ignore delivery date another mum was asking me about them last month

Stickers all the way
To much chocolate everywhere now x

Stickers definitely, as a child with allergy.

Either really. I'd say avoid the random toy type things if you can - my older one is five now and the amount of well-intentioned plastic tat is alarming. Next year I'm putting socks / umbrellas / water bottles in a box as a lucky dip and calling it a day!

Thanks for your input, everyone

In the bags already:

Honestly, there’s enough in there already.

You don't need anything additional to this.

MaggieFS · 06/12/2022 14:16

Stickers or leave them as they are

Bran tub type "party bags" is genius. Wish I'd thought of it when my dc were still small.

You definitely have enough. I would hate the stickers, trying to avoid plastic non-reusable crap this year!

CaptBuckyOHare · 06/12/2022 15:04

Stickers over chocolate, but you already have plenty.

Although these invisible ink pen and notepad sets were a hit with the 4-6 year olds at my daughter's party. We got the spy ones, and the pens still work & get used months later.
