That only works if you're in the room or have the radio on when the warning is given! Which is why I listen to Kerrang, rather than Absolute, during December. Xmas Grin

I'm still in.
Ds's headteacher came up to me at yhe Christmas Fair and told me she was had been whamageddoned on dec 2nd! And was most disappointed. I was a bit surprised why she felt the need to tell me but apparently it was because ds had told her about it and got her playing 😆. Proud mother moment.

Sara cox kindly gave a warning on Friday so I had time to switch the radio off.

Still in, I managed it last year, I was chuffed! Not expecting to survive it this year though. So far it's only been on an advert for kidz bop which was a cover.

I've read about reverse whamageddon this year, so basically once you're out you can award yourself 10 points and 10 points every time you hear it afterwards, still following the original Wham rules. If you and a friend are reverse whamageddoning you can send it to each other to give out points but you can't play it at yourself. The aim now being to get as many points as possible!

Thanks, I haven't heard it today but I do currently have it stuck in my head on a loop. It's definitely the Wham version, so what do the rules have to say about that..?

Still in but I haven't been out of the house since yesterday afternoon. I have a high risk visit to Sainsbury's coming up next week. I have a lot of food in, including for Christmas Day because I have a lovely sirloin joint that's been lurking in the freezer since July. It was yellow-stickered too. I like turkey but it's too big for two.

Anyway, much as I have lots of stuff in the freezer to see me through until new year I will be forced out for milk, bread and fresh vegetables. I want to win Whamageddon but I don't want to get scurvy.
