Fuuuuuuuck! Never ever drive to school but I had to this morning as I've got an emergency dentist appointment now.

Anyway no where to park, dc banging on about something to do with nothing and I've seen a space so I've quickly pulled in and completed kerbed the front wheel. Nice shiny black alloys on my nice new to me little car 😫 I've only had it 6 weeks and it's a downsizing money saving car, to say husband is not going to be pleased is an understatement!!

So anything I can do? Tempted to try a black sharpie but there's bits of metal hanging off!! Anyone have a rough idea of how much it would cost me to get it secretly sorted?!

Now have to go into dentist because my filling fell out while I was scoffing a jacket potato yesterday! Merry Christmas!!

Black nail varnish and primer on top.

I reversed into a pole a couple of weeks ago and fucked all the bumper and metal on the boot.

I styled it out.

These things happen.

He shouted at me and said ffs a lot but it's done now. We were laughing about it yesterday.

It's just one of those things.

I'd nip in a garage on the way home and see what they say.

I have a company car and have done for ten years. My last car, the wheels were like 50p's as I'd Curbed them all a couple of times.

As pp advised, we have a guy (North London) who does mobile detailing at £60/wheel with a discount for multiples. So it's not a mistake I'm overjoyed to make but hopefully not bankrupting! Equally, guaranteed if you get it done, one of you will do it again in weeks...Smile

DH did it to his car, and he was devastated. He spends so much time on it and the scrape was obvious on a black alloy.
I managed to get the paint code for the alloy, sanded it a little smoother by hand and touched it up with the paint. Paint was about £5 on eBay for the touch up bottle.
It's still there, but you don't really notice it. Did try and have it refurbed professionally but it's a very rare care and everywhere we tried gave us a stupid figure, mostly for sourcing the paint I had off eBay!!

This is partly why I love my old Land Rover, scrapes add to the 'patina' 😂

Place in Birmingham that does them for £35/wheel. They do a pretty good job for the money although I use a different company for nicer wheels which is more expensive.
