You hate the smell of your new deodorant

Do you
a) use it up anyway
b) throw it away and buy a different one
c) put it in the cupboard for spare?

This came up for discussion yesterday, and most of my friends were amazed that I went for a. I'd feel far too guilty if I threw it away, and c is basically just junking it without actually using the bin.

There was one lone voice for d) Stop using deodorant altogether, but we shouted hi down.

I'd be (a) unless it was actually making me feel sick or brought back some memory that made me sad or uncomfortable.

I don't think this scenario has ever happened to me, I use Sure or Dove, and usually they smell fresh. But if I didn't like the smell of a deodorant I'd bought, I'd probably take it to work and keep it in my drawer just in case.

I did have a different brand of deodorant once that I was allergic to. I did throw that away!
