What do you like to eat when you're depressed?

I've been unwell recently (physically and mentally) and I'm very run down. I've completely lost my appetite even though I feel hungry. My body is crying out for some nutrition but nothing appeals at all. What easy/comforting/delicious things do you like to eat when you're feeling low?

I've only just got out of bed. Full of cold feeling sorry for myself.
No hungry at all but need food
Just made marmite on toast. It's delicious

Thanks for the suggestions, going to pick up some crumpets and marmite on the way to nursery pick-up. Isn't it funny I've waited my whole life to be the type of person who isn't constantly hungry and now I am I hate it!

Massive carb fest of anything sweet.

Vegemite on toast 100%, and linking the soup and marmite/ vegemite suggestions - miso soup is the best thing, you can buy packets of sachets - bit like bovril but better! Also cream crackers with butter. Or muesli with natural yoghurt.

Chocolate
Pasta with just butter/oil and a bit of cheese
Spaghetti hoops
Tomato soup
Toast
Cup of tea
Or a big old box of fried chicken or a mcdonalds if I'm feeling up to ordering something
Anythings fine just get some nutrition in you you'll feel better

Homemade leek and potato or sweet potato and bacon soup.

When I’d been in hospital for weeks years ago (I’d been NBM for 3 weeks) I came home with no appetite at all, just the thought of food made me feel Ill but the one thing I could eat was steamed vegetables with mint sauce….I think that was my main meal for a good few weeks. I think it was because it all tasted nice and fresh but not too strong in flavour and not carby/heavy.

Hope you’re feeling better soon OP 💐
