Can't afford my bills. Jobs I can do from home in the evening?

I'm a lone parent to a 4yo. Really struggling financially at the moment especially due to childcare costs and rent increase/general cost of living. I work ft 5 days a week, get my son from nursery, he's in bed by 8. Am I dreaming thinking there's a job I could do in the evenings from home between 8 and 12?

It’s an mn cliche to say take in ironing and it totally depends on where you live and whether you can drive to collect and return it etc but I have just had mine collected today. The person has young children and she makes quite a bit of money frkm doing this in the evenings. And it’s great for me too.

I think the only problem with this for me is that I live fairly rurally so can't see there being much demand in my village.

You could see if there are any customer service roles from home part time?

I'm scouring the Web every day. Just can't seem to find any that fits my hours. Also looking on behalf of my friend who is miserably doing only fans which she hates and phones me to tell me about every other day.

With living rurally I wouldn’t say that ironing is suitable, as the cost of petrol at the moment is madness.

Are you able to ask Dad for extra maintenance? Or maybe when your little one goes to their Dads house you could pick up some overtime at work?

He pays through CMS (£20 a week) but gets mainly cash in hand as he works for his mate, but son doesn't see him. He assaulted both of us and has a no contact and restraining order against him, so I'm on my own.

I made a combined amount of about 2k in 6 months by doing online surveys, matched betting and clickworker. its time consuming and you make well under minimum wage but is very flexible. Depends how in need you are.

Audio transcription. I used to do it in the evenings when I was a student with a young toddler. You aren't going to get rich, but it's very flexible if you have a computer and can type okay enough.
