If I don’t get out for a walk every day, I start feeling unwell, but this rain doesn’t stop feels like it’s lasted weeks

It must have only been days but it’s so heavy and goes in all day

I’ve found since lockdown I’ve got a bit hooked on a daily walk

I have cheap over trousers from Go Outdoors and they've never let me down apart from February 2020 when walking in the Lake District at the beginning of Storm Dennis (I think). The rain got through everything.

Some respite from the constant drizzle again today so beach again wrapped up with dogs and chips outside cafe, vit d and fresh air

I need waterproof clothing but can't really afford it. That's the way to go, though, I think OP.

My umbrella cost £3 in Saisburys. That would be a start.
