Anyone on here use kindle unlimited?

How does it work?

Is it unlimited books or id there a maximum you can have in your library?

Do you always have access to them after you pay the subscription?

Are the books still readable if you cancel subscription?

I have literally just cancelled as I find I don’t use it enough to be worth the money. I started on the deal and when I cancelled was given another 3 months for £7.99
Once your membership is up the books are deleted from your library.
You just go through the kindle unlimited library on Amazon or on your kindle and download it’s very straightforward.
You have access until you delete/return them or you cancel. When I cancelled there I still have up till the 23rd Dec.
If I remember correctly you can get 20 but I only did that when going on holiday so might be a slightly less.

You can have about 20 books. If you want anymore you have to "return" a book to be able to download a new one.

You can only get free books that have Kindle Unlimited by it.

If you cancel subscription all books purchased will be removed and no longer accessible, unless you renew again.

Yes. I use it a lot, though at the moment am reading an actual book (which I don't like as it's a heavy hardcover and I have to have the light on to read it)!
As said I return a book to borrow another. It's not worth it unless you read at least two books a month.

Sign up to your local library, and you can use an app to access the e-books. I've hardly bought a book since!

I have KU and I definitely make the most of it. You can have 10 KU books downloaded at any one time, if you want more you have to return the other. If you cancel your subscription your books are removed from your device, but if you sign up again it remembers what you were reading previously and offers a new download of these items.

I love reading and do so at almost every opportunity but only because I have the kindle app on my phone. I have read over 100 KU books this year so far. I'm really lucky that the authors of the genres I love tend to release everything on KU so I rarely pay to download anything outside of KU any more.

For me it's great and definitely worth the money, however if the type of books you like aren't offered on KU you may be better doing a Libby or BorrowBox account.
