As the title says!

You can only eat 3 meals on repeat (dinner only) for the rest of your life what would they be?

Mine would be a roast, peanut vegetable noodle stir fry and mushroom risotto.

I Tried taking into consideration cost and health to an extent🤣

My Grandma ate the same thing everyday for 30 years. When she was diagnosed diabetic in the late 70's the doctor told her what she could eat, and she stuck to it.
Porridge for breakfast
Fish for lunch
Pork chop for tea.

@tortiecat she was admitted to hospital about 6 months before she died. The nurses and dietitian were amazed! Managed to get her to alter slightly. Bless her, her GP was God and she did exactly what he told her,

Dhal with basmati rice and garlic bread, salt and pepper tofu with basmati rice, all day breakfast.

Mushroom risotto sounds lovely, but I've never made it.
