2 year old. Sick bug. Will he choke over night?

The internet isn't giving me answers!

My two year old has a bug. He's been sick (large amounts) about five times today. The last time was about an hour ago and he's now clean and dry and fast asleep on his front in his cot. I have the monitor on full volume with me and our bedroom doors open.

Will he be safe overnight? Should I get him out his cot and bring him into my bed?

I'd take him into bed with me. Hope he feels better soon but YABVVVVVVVVVU and a bit of an arsehole to send him into nursery when he's sick because you have a meeting. So glad you prioritise yourself and your job over your son's wellbeing and wellbeing of other children and families at the nursery.
