Hi mumsnetters, there is fabulous offer in my local area for laser hair removal, I’m so tempted but need some real reviews from those who have had it ! I don’t seem to know anyone who has. Is it worth the money ? Has it been permanent for you ? How many sessions did you have ? Is it painful ? Help !

Thankyou for all your responses ☺️ I think I’ll book a patch test & consultation…so the offer is for underarms, bikini & full legs, usually £1932 down to £579.60 ! Such an amazing offer right ?? I also just noticed it says “Alma Soprano Titanium” if that means anything to anyone ?
I’ve never even had a bikini wax because I’m too embarrassed to get it all out so not sure I can even go that far 😂 I get my under arms & legs waxed (and big toe🫣) in summer then be lazy in winter. But if I do wear a bikini I will shave but then have a horrible very obvious & itchy rash and wish I never bothered 😑 Just want it all gone tbh. Will look into the Lumea asap !

I had it done many years ago so my response if probably worth bugger all.
However, it was my bikini line and I’m still so pleased! Occasionally have to shave off a few hairs but nothing major. I used to get terrible ingrown hairs which would result in these massive and v painful red spots. Looked awful too. This is when I had it waxed. I’m talking about 20 yrs ago too! Brilliant investment for me.

I’m dark haired and horribly hairy but fair skinned. The Eastern European type!
