Mine are all cotton and cold.
Anyone recommend a warm fleecy one?

Could you not put a fleecy blanket between you and the duvet? By the time you wake up during the night, your duvet will be snuggley warm too. Or you could put a bedpan/hot water bottle in bed for a while before you get into bed to warm it up for you?

I have brushed cotton covers for winter…they’re lovely and cosy. I’ve read that the teddy fleece etc make you sweat a lot.

I have just bought a brushed cotton set, it’s lovely and warm without being too hot.

I bought a lovely fleece one from Asda really reasonably priced. I got the DC nice ones from B&M also. Loads going around at the minute. I love mine so much I am going to buy another so I still have one on while the other is washing and drying.

I buy these from eBay. I bought them for the first time last year and they are so cosy. Teddy bear fleece fitted sheet and duvet cover.

Another vote for Asda, they often have nice brushed cotton. Also Primark tend to do them

I bought both children a Sainsburys fleece duvet set. It comes in pink, grey, or navy (the navy cost more). They are on sale in store, so it was an impulse buy - they both love them. My Eldest has a very cold room (above the garage, poorly insulated, refuses to turn her radiator on) and has asked for another set because she doesn't want to take it off her bed.

I usually refuse to buy polyester bedding for myself, as it's been too hot/sweaty/stinky and rash inducing in the past.

But... I fell in love with the pattern & feel of the Grey leopard print faux fur duvet set which was on the same display, and have been really happy with it.

The 'fur' is only on one side, and the other is like a supersoft suedette - almost like microfiber, but you don't feel like a giant cleaning cloth 😁. I'm also menopausal, and have been surprised this is more comfortable for me than some other sets I have. Don't get me wrong, I still overheat at times, but it doesn't seem to happen as often.

I do sound like an advert, but we really do like these. Had them a few weeks. Literally would not have bought if they hadn't been on sale, but am so glad I did.

Brill ideas here thanks.

The Argos one looks like the Next one but that's £70!!!

I can confirm the Teddy style bedding definitely does not make you sweat.
