This. Have a look at the street view, its been built next to a row of (approx 50k) terrace houses, infront if a public recycling/waste center, opposite a premier inn and car dealership and on the edge of an out of town retail centre in a rough location. It is the definition of an unsellable home. They tried to get raffle it and still couldn't sell.
Safe to say they didnt comment on the location when it was on
'Britains best home'.
