We don't buy that stuff - and have lots of owls nearby as we're very rural - and use the same (mostly pottery, wooden, paper and fabric) Halloween decorations year after year. I hate all the cheap plastic Halloween tat you see in every shop now!

I wasn't aware of the danger of eating pumpkin to hedgehogs so will definitely make sure none come into contact with our pumpkins when they're finished with.

Tacky, nasty common shit and so harmful. Those who doubt, do your own research.

I have been out today and we've come back to see a house over the road has this godawful stuff all over the front, draped from the front windows, all over the roof of the little porch with massive black plastic spiders. Am I judging? You bet I am.
