What to wear for bottomless brunch!?

I'm going for bottomless brunch this weekend and it's the first time I've been properly out since having my 4 year old!

What do people wear for these kind of things now!?

It's at a city bar and I'm in my late 20s if that makes any difference

But people often refer to their local city as The City.

Londoners can absolutely tell when people are non-Londoners who have Come Up To London and dressed up for the special occasion as opposed to just dressed a bit more nicely than usual for nice brunch.

There’s nothing wrong with it, I find it quite lovely to be reminded that my home city where I work and live and do all the normal pedestrian life stuff is A Big Desl for some people from elsewhere. It’s just very noticeable.

I went to one of these. Everyone was very dressed up, despite it being in London. It was a mix of out of towners and Londoners. The food was very definitely not bottomless; in fact there wasn’t really very much of it, so as a pp said no need for stretchy pants. It wasn’t brunch either, come to that, it was a burger in the afternoon.

Isn't the bottomless part the alcohol, rather than the food?

I’d wear a casual bag dress from COS and tights with a stretchy waist.

It's unlimited Prosecco with some normal brunch good. What you wear depends which city

I'd wear a day dress and tights
Or jeans and dressy top
Depends where it is but people tend to dress like its an evening out.
