Just that!
for me, dd and dh (gluten free, lactose intolerant and nut allergy!)
it’s about £100 per week but we shop at Waitrose GrinBlushill break it into categories

essential food: £80 (meals, fruit, COFFEE , breakfast etc.)
non essential food: £10 (hot chocolate, baking things, fancy bread)
household stuff: £10 (bin bags, paper bags etc.)

so that’s £400 per month

add smol subscription
(£15 pm)
and trip to zero waste shop (£50ish)

£475 ish per month

Seems fine especially with GF factored in. I didn't realise Smol was so expensive but I imagine cost is not the driver for you on that.

We all cut out cloth so differently. Pack of bourbons vs naked bars in the lunchbox, salmon fillets vs pork steaks vs basic sausages for tea. There is no meaningful "normal".

For me and 14yo DC I spend about £60 a week including alcohol and toiletries. Then top up roughly another £15 a week on parent pay for DC school lunch in the canteen.

Around £100 p/w for basically two adults (ds is 16) and two cats, including toiletries and household. Morrisons is closest for top up shops, but is definitely more expensive. Lidl is cheapest and I do like their quality, but Tesco delivery is most convenient, and that often wins out (I’m disabled, so getting to the shop can be a challenge). Also around £10 milkman (dearer per pint, but saves me spending on junk in the corner shop when I have to buy milk!) and occasionally a HelloFresh box (again, quite expensive, but worth it for the mental load trade off).

Ours is around £250 a week 😱 but in actual shops it's around £200 then another £50ish on school meals and milk delivered.

6 of us, one with a very restricted diet hence the high price.

3 adults I spend £250 a month

£200 for 3.5 adults (the half is at his girlfriends most of the week) and a teenager. That does include some lunches, but not pet food.
