Just that really, I know it's only slightly chipped but I feel a bit sick worrying about it...

Both of my children ended up with chips worse than that as toddlers. Eldest DSs adult teeth have grown through fine, youngest still has his chip as he’s only 3. It will be fine!

No. It's a baby tooth so while not ideal it's not the tooth they'll spend their life with

DD has a bigger chip than that on one of her front teeth and I felt so bad about it as I was the one with her when she fell over and chipped it. Our dentist said not to worry about it unless it started to go brown - if it did then to take her in to see them.

My toddler got a bigger one then this at 10 months. Dentist didn't even want to see him!

I would take to the dentist as they would check for any wobbling/cracks and may need to remove sharp edges.
