Ninja foodie cooking joints of meat

Has anyone cooked a joint in the ninja foodie.

I do a chicken on the pressure cook setting for 30 mins then air fry it. Comes out perfect and falling off the bone everytime.

I did the same with beef. Fucked it up completely. Was still raw in the middle. Had to dice it up and put in in the slow cooker for casserole.

Can anyone tell me how to do beef and pork in there. What setting and how long please I don't want to ruin anymore meat!

Tia

I'm not sure but I think a slow cooker would work.

I used the sear/sauté setting to brown the joint first, then slow cook for a good few hours.

I bake/roast mine but turn the temp down by 10 or 15 degrees. Comes out lovely

It depends on the size of the joint. You can Google the temp and times depending on the meat and wait: I’ve cooked chicken, lamb and pork joints in there perfectly. Not sure about beef though

No, I’ve just lied. I’ve done beef too and that was spot on. I’ve not had to pressure cook or anything first
