Help me plan a teenage shopping day in London!

Taking DD and her friend (15) to London this Sunday as a birthday treat.
Plan on catching the clipper from Canary Wharf up to Westminster and then we can go anywhere really.

They are keen on the usual Oxford Street/Covent Garden shops but I'm wondering where else could be a bit more interesting? Are there any good markets open on Sundays perhaps?

Would appreciate any suggestions and also any cool places for lunch?

It depends what they like, are they more about brands or vintage?
I would do Kensington High St, great charity shop on Kensington Church st
then go over to Notting Hill and do Portobello market on Sunday b

If you’ve got teenagers they will probably really love Camden lock. Mine do when we visit London, and would go there all the time if they could ! Loads of vintage and other stuff. Less so for me but they love it

Camden Market and Brick Lane are popular with teens. The latter is great for vintage clothes. Lots of street food available in both places too and Spitalfields is also good for stalls.

Otherwise Carnaby Street is very buzzy for cool high street brands. South bank is good for a walk along with lots of food and music and stuff going on. Also Coal Drop Yard at Kings Cross has a good cool vibe. Book cafes/restaurants in advance for dinner though.

For something different Hampstead village and the Heath are lovely for a walk and Kew Gardens though they might not be into the outdoors! The glasshouses are lovely and my DC loved it from being small through their teens.

I would also recommend Camden, although it doesn't seem to be as good as it was. Less vintage / preloved stuff, more foody places these days. Which does make it an excellent place for lunch/dinner.

Not as much character but Westfield is great, everything is in one place and indoors if the weather is crap!

My teen loves shopping but HATED Camden 😂 it really depends on what they're into.

Brunch recommendation would be any of the Australian Green places. Eg Scarlett Green is really handy for Oxford Circus.

Boxpark in Shoreditch and then Redchurch Street (just behind the Tea Building). Not a cheap do, but extremely cool.

Camden, carnaby street, Covent Garden. I'd find out if there are any particular shops they want to go to and plan around them. If they're into vintage there are some great places to go close to Covent Garden but if that's not their style then carnaby street and/or some of Oxford and regent street might be better.

DD loves all the usual brands "Brandi Melville, UO" etc but does love a bit of vintage thrown in
