Induction pans

Beyond bored of trying to clean the pans which were marketed as 'non-stick'....

So now looking to buy a new set.

Needs to be for an induction hob.

What would you recommend?

Not prepared to pay for Le Cruset, but want them to last.

Thanks!

I would avoid non stick pans and go for the best stainless steel pans you can afford, have you looked at ProCook?

My ikea ones work a treat. Wash well after a soak if needed.

Seconded. On the rare occasions I've burnt something they're not that difficult to get clean. Bought some Jamie Oliver pans from TK MAXX years ago they're still like new

My frying pans and skillet are stainless steel from ProCook - I got fed up with non stick (including a Le Creuset Hmm) which were great for a while till inevitably something stuck....

I've also got stainless steel saucepans which came with the hob which are fine, can't remember the brand. My big steamer pan is Prestige - it's a good pan for cooking pasta or rice in with veg on top, but had to get a replacement lid (easily obtained from Amazon) because the handle broke so that's a rather qualified recommendation.

They're all easy to clean, can go in the dishwasher and I don't find they stick badly when frying with just a thin brushing of oil.
