My DD is almost 14mo. I have no idea what time she wakes in the morning because when I wake (any time between 6 and 7) and check the monitor she is often already awake but just sat in her cot looking around or stood at the bars quite happily.
I mentioned this to a colleague who said oh how strange, both of mine cry or call out for us when they wake up. So now I'm a bit paranoid that something is amiss with her communication perhaps?
I've posted recently because she doesnt use mama as a word discrimatley yet (although she does say it) but she does have a few words - banana, dog, bye, ball to name some.
So I'm turning to mumsnet again to ask if anyone elses little ones have been like this??
