Who is your least favourite Friend?

My DD and I are currently in the middle of a thousand piece Friends jigsaw puzzle and the topic of least favourite Friend came up. We both chose the same one Friend and we decided to see if our decision was universal! So Rachel, Ross, Chandler, Phoebe, Monica or Joey? You could also tell us your favourite Friend as well!

Ross is an abusive shit and gets worse, not better, as the show goes on.

But then they all get worse in myriad ways.

Rachel is my favourite.

Ross was the worst - a jealous and emotionally manipulative boyfriend.

Chandler the best.

I didn't like the way they made Joey so unbelievably stupid as the series went along, at the start he was maybe a little bit less intelligent than his very clever friends but more streetwise with better social skills.

Least favourite - Monica
Favourite - Chandler

Ross was the funniest and therefore my favourite.
Phoebe was annoying and therefore my least favourite

Joey. There's not much to him

Phoebe was my least favourite, by a LONG way.

I stopped watching it around the 3rd series. I loved it till then but Ross started really getting on my tits, marrying everyone. I disliked him but still hated Phoebe more.

Least favourite joey overall but late era phoebe was awful.

Ross a favourite but chandler a close second. Ooh I can't decide.

Phoebe for sure. What a shit character in a show of great characters.

No, you're right, Phoebe is worse. Monica is, at least, a good friend to people at times. Phoebe never is.

Phoebe. She was always doing annoying things or insulting the others. Like when she threw the lottery tickets off the balcony.

Ross was my least favourite - whiny, manipulative, was definitely punching above his weight with Rachel. (And too much hair gel ).
That said, the character was very well played by David S and more believable than some. I agree that CC only knew one way to act.

I liked Phoebe! She knew herself and what she wanted in life and made a life that worked for her with a lot less angst than the rest of them. She was smart.

Phoebe is my least favourite. Can't decide on my most.

My least favourite is phoebe too. She came across as manipulative and played dumb when it suited her. Also can't stand the amount of times she said 'hey' as a greeting.

Least favourite is Ross. First time round (showing my age here) I loved the character and was always wanting him and Rachel to get back together!!

A few weeks ago I introduced my 13 year old "friends virgin" DD to it. Started at S1E1 and now up to S6! But Oh my days how did I not notice how manipulative and aggressive he is! Ross is NOT A NICE PERSON!

Joey is my favourite, everyone needs a Joey.

Chandler is my favourite, Ross my least.

Chandler is my favourite. Joey is my least favourite, he wasn't stupid in the first couple of seasons but they made him so stupid it's a wonder he managed to do anything by season 10.
