Or should it be ok? Going with a 90cm 3 year old so not going on the really big rides

Having done Legoland many times. I wouldn’t get a pass if going on a school day with a younger child who can go then because they haven’t started school yet. When we’ve gone On those days early or late in year then it’s been so quiet that normally by the end of the day we would be able to stay on the rides for a second go if we wanted to as no queue.
now we can only go at weekends or school hols, having got q-bots (or whatever they’re called now), then I wouldn’t go without them. It was great. We got the ones that half the queue time and looked around the mini figure area or went to the play park while we waited. With a 3 year old, my first question is can you wait and go on a school day? Would be much quieter. If not, I would maybe consider the cheapest q-bots package. We won’t be going on the rides with the biggest queues and a 3 year old would happily spend time mooching round the non queue areas while you waited. Have fun!

It has to be today yes! I didn't pre book them as it's not school holidays I thought it might be ok and I'm kicking myself now. Is it a lot more expensive to buy them on the day?

Looking on the website tickets are from £32 if prebooked and from £62 on the gate Shock

mummyh2016 · 24/09/2022 08:00

Whereas if you went in the week it's £25 for you both.

Llamapalma · 24/09/2022 08:02

For that age there's plenty of non-ride stuff to have a nice time on anyway.

Not worth the queue jump money.

I know it's too late now but my suggestion for pre-school age is always Chessington as you have the zoo and Sealife there.

But I don't imagine LL will be too bad today as generally September weekends aren't too busy as lots of people went over summer.

caggie3 · 24/09/2022 08:02

We've pre booked our tickets which were £39pp. We live 6 hours away and are nearby for the weekend so thought we'd go. I hope it's not too bad! Sad

Do Legoland miniland around lunch and early afternoon when it’s busy and any rides you have not done later on when it gets quieter.
There is also a puppet show, park and cinema which you can do. I wouldn’t think you will need the queue jump for under 90cm.

We live locally and have passes so go quite a bit with our 3yo including on Saturdays. We've never bought queue jump passes and go on the little rides multiple times, the queues for the little ones are rarely over 15min and often you can just keep going round and round. Be prepared for your 3yo to love the generic playground more than the rides 😂

It'll be fine 💚

He's exactly 90cm! So I'm hoping he'll be allowed on the things for over that if he stands straight when they measure him Grin
