When you feel low how do you get yourself out of it ?

l just tell myself we are meant to feel a whole array of feelings, not just positive ones. Feelings come and go, l may feel shit today, or part of today, but after a good sleep and/ or a good laugh watching something funny that l like l start feeling ok again.or
Also l am mindful of my triggers, lack of sleep, feeling sorry for myself, eating rubbish, comparing my life to others all has a negative effect.

It depends. Sometimes I need to give myself time to process it. Other times, being in nature and moving. Making sure I'm breathing deep into my belly and not breathing shallowly. Sometimes practising box breathing.

I read a thing the other day that said something like feelings are a bit like children. You can neither let them drive, nor stuff them in the boot.

Depends how bad/what it is

Sometimes it's getting into bed and sleeping away my feelings (I've always done this), or a hot bath or exercise
If I'm angry/frustrated then exercise is usually the best way for me, but if I'm tearful then sleep

Also along those lines I keep a ‘ta-dah list’ 😄 like a bucket list; but things I’ve already done. Reminds me how fun and interesting and exciting life can be.

I wallow then pick up a project like sewing, knitting or whatever - being creative makes me feel good.
